Class Overview: Learn the basics of canine exercise. Warm up / Cool down exercises to avoid strains or injury during sports. Learn how to incorporate exercise safely to keep you pet happy, healthy and FIT!
Fitness is more than just physical work, it also requires mental commitment. These classes can be a great asset in building confidence.
We will work through skills at your dogs pace and skill levels with four main components:
Stretching and movement.
Front end awareness.
Hind end awareness.
Core strength.
Paws & Squats Level 1&2
Age Range: Over 6 months of age.
Instructor: Kelsey Steiner.
Kelsey will be offering classes through FSJ Canine Behaviour as a sub contractor in 2026. With 3 years of experience teaching agility classes within the peace region as well competing with her own dog Kelsey brings a wealth of knowledge to her classes. Kelsey teaches through positive praise, building the confidence of each dog and handler team, creating a strong connection to agility for dogs of all shapes and sizes
Level 1 - Introduce your dog to the sport of agility with this 4 week session. Watch their confidence grow each week while we learn through positive praise, games and engaging activities. Equipment introduced during this session is as followed but not limited to; jumps, weave poles, tunnels, and targets for contact equipment.
Level 2 - Looking to advance your agility skills? In this 4 week session we will focus on comfortably working on equipment, technique and timing, as well as footwork and building small sequences with the equipment. Basic knowledge of equipment is required for this class.
Agility Level 1 & 2
Age Range: Over 6 months of age.

Boredom Busters
Walk side-by-side with your dog and other teams in a supportive group setting designed to build manners, confidence, and connection. Check our social media for upcoming dates.

Bi-weekly group of like-minded dog owners working on leash/ reactivity in a group setting.
Exploring trails around town while focusing on unleashing the dogs' full potential!
